Carter Fitch is a senior staff accountant based in our Fredericksburg office. She joined PBGH in 2007 upon successful completion of her Masters of Accountancy with a focus in Financial Reporting and Assurance Services. She received both her Masters and Bachelors of Science degrees from Virginia Tech.

Carter became a Certified Public Accountant in 2008. She is a member of both the American Society of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of Public Accountants. (VSCPA).

Carter is a founding member of the Next Generation of Fredericksburg Business Leaders and a member of the CNEW Steering Committee with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. She serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation and is actively involved with many other non-profit organizations in the area.

Carter and her husband reside in the City of Fredericksburg.
