Chris R. Fulmer is a Supervisor based in our Fredericksburg location. He joined PBGH immediately following graduation from James Madison University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Chris actively participates in activities with the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Stafford BNI. He oversees the PBGH team in the annual Fredericksburg Soap Box Derby race. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and has also received the Certified Fraud Examiner designation.

Chris has worked on various audit teams for not-for-profit and municipalities.

Chris and his family reside in Spotslvania.
