Keith is a native of Rockingham County having graduated from Turner Ashby High School in 1976. Keith was a Magna cum Laude graduate of Bridgewater College in 1980 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In addition to participation in several student activities, Keith played varsity basketball while attending Bridgewater.

Upon graduation, Keith joined PBGH and passed the CPA exam in the Spring of 1981. Keith moved to Fredericksburg in December 1, 1984, when our Fredericksburg office was opened.

Keith has been awarded the designation of CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst). In addition to performing numerous valuations and participating in litigation support cases, Keith has been involved in almost all facets of the practice.

Keith has served as President of the Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region, President of the Fredericksburg-Rappahannock Rotary Club, President of the Battlefield Chapter of CPAs, and Treasurer of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Society of CPAs, the Spotsylvania Industrial Development Authority and the First Virginia Bank Advisory Board. Currently, Keith is a member of the Board of Directors of StellarOne Bank and the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation. In addition, Keith is an active member of Fredericksburg Baptist Church and has served in several United Way campaigns. Professionally, Keith is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Virginia Society of CPAs, the Battlefield Chapter of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Keith and his family live in Spotsylvania County.
